Aelin Galathynius, or otherwise known as Celaena Sardothian's path back to her throne has just begun. With many favors to be called in, loyalties that she has earned or bought, she will begin building an army to stand up to Erawan and the Valg demons. She has lost many friends and loved ones along the way. Many who had sacrificed themselves for Aelin, to survive, or to come to realize that it is she who must carry this burden.

With war looming, Aelin must travel far and wide to gain allies. For any hope of a future, she must bring all nations together to fight Erawan and his armies of mutant creations he has amassed over the past decades.

Aelin's transformation from assassin to queen has been followed by millions of people. All rooting for her to reclaim her throne and live happily ever after. If this is to be true remains to be seen though. An overwhelming amount of work and luck must be had to accomplish this goal. I personally don't know if it will be possible for Aelin and the company to win this war.

I will give this book a rating of ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars. I love the witches and Manon Blackbeak's story, and what great tale doesn't include pirates? I hope you enjoy Empire of Storms! I truly did!
